The pipe adopts advanced extrusion molding process and has good pressure resistance, impact resistance and corrosion resistance. Its inner wall is smooth and the fluid resistance is small, which can effectively improve the gas transportation efficiency. PE gas pipes use hot-melt connection, which is convenient and quick to construct. The connections have high strength and good reliability. They are suitable for laying gas pipelines in various complex terrains and climate conditions.

Production features
- Corrosion resistance. Polyethylene is an inert material. Except for a few strong oxidants, it can resist the erosion of various chemical media, has no electrochemical corrosion, and does not require an anti-corrosion layer.
2. No leakage. PE gas pipelines are mainly connected by fusion (hot-melt connection or electric fusion connection). Compared with rubber ring joints or other mechanical joints, there is no risk of leakage caused by joint distortion.
3. Good scratch resistance. It can effectively resist the stress concentration of materials caused by scratches, greatly reducing the possibility of pipeline damage.
4. High toughness. PE gas pipe is a high-toughness pipe material, and its elongation at break generally exceeds 500% . It has a strong adaptability to uneven settlement of the pipe base. It is also a pipe with excellent seismic performance.
5. Excellent flexibility. The flexibility of polyethylene allows PE gas pipes to be coiled. Used for non-grooving construction, the direction of PE gas pipelines can be easily changed according to the requirements of the construction method.
6. Advanced electric fusion pipe fittings structure. The non-exposed spiral heating wire ensures uniform heat conduction in the welding area and effectively prevents short circuits when the pipe is inserted. At the same time, it avoids the defects of aging and corrosion of exposed heating wires, and the inner wall of the pipe is smooth and flat, which is easy to install.
7. Good resistance to rapid crack transmission. Rapid cracking of the pipeline refers to the fact that when the pipeline accidentally cracks, the crack grows at a speed of several hundred meters per second, instantly causing a major accident of tens of meters or even thousands of meters of pipeline rupture. Rapid cracking of polyethylene gas pipes has not been found in actual use.

A6: The service life should be 50 years.But you must follow our correct storage and construction precautions, otherwise the consequences need to be borne by yourself.
Q7: How could you guarantee the quality of you product?
A7: We could offer MSDS, COA, TDS files on customer' s requests and charge for additional charges. In addition, we'll take random samples and analyze them.
