ABS plastic pipe is a new type of material, nominal pressure 0.6~1.6Mpa, linear expansion coefficient 0.9 mm/(m·ºC), connection method for flange, bonding, poor gas permeability resistance. ABS plastic pipe flow friction is small, greatly reduce the fluid resistance and pump horsepower, good impact resistance, good mechanical strength and high; Impact toughness, only ductile deformation occurs when subjected to sudden attack.
ABS is a copolymer, which is a thermoplastic composed of copolymers of three monomers, namely, acry lonitrile butadiene styrene.
1, Acry Lonitrile (A) : provides ABS plastic hardness and chemical resistance. The higher the acry lonitrile content, the higher the hardness of ABS.
2, Butadiene (Butadiene, B) : provides ABS toughness and impact strength. The higher the content of butadiene, the better the toughness of ABS.
Storage: Away from heat sources, oil and chemical pollution areas, flat ground, good ventilation, horizontal stacking, not more than 1.5 meters high, outdoor stacking needs to cover.
The implementation standard is GB/T13663.2-2018.
Transportation: no scratches, throwing, violent impact, oil and chemical pollution.

Disadvantages of ABS plastic pipe
(1) Poor thermal stability: The thermal stability of ABS material is relatively poor, and it is easy to soften under high temperature environment.
(2) Sensitive to ultraviolet light: ABS plastic is sensitive to ultraviolet light, long-term exposure to sunlight may lead to color change and surface aging, lack of ultraviolet resistance, so buried underground or underwater can extend the service life.
(3) flammability: ABS is a combustible material and is not suitable for occasions with high flame-retardant performance requirements.
(4) High price cost: Compared with the ABS pipeline raw material cost is higher, the product price is relatively high.
(5) Can not be in contact with drinking water and food: the purchase of water supply pipe priority to choose PE material.
