Our Premium PE Water Supply Pipe utilizes high-quality polyethylene resin as raw material, enriched with 2%-5% black masterbatch. The cortex is formulated with either 0353 or 2480, and enhanced with 2% black pigment for superior strength.
Storage: Ensure product is kept away from heat sources, oil, and chemical contaminants. Store on flat ground with good ventilation, in horizontal stacks no higher than 1.5 meters. If stored outdoors, cover the stacks to protect from elements.

Our products adhere to the rigorous standards of GB/T13663.2-2018, ensuring top-notch quality and reliability.

Transportation: Handle with care to avoid scratches, throwing, violent impact, and exposure to oil and chemical contaminants.
Construction: When heating, maintain the tube wall thickness for 9-10 seconds. Cooling time should be threefold the heating duration. Begin usage only after successful pressure testing.

1. Primarily designed for urban water supply engineering, this series of pipes ensures reliable and efficient water conveyance. The nominal pressure denotes the maximum permissible working pressure of the pipe when transporting water at a standard temperature of 20ºC.
2. The weights listed in the table above are derived based on an average density of 0.95g/cm³. Both the outer diameter and wall thickness are calculated as the nominal value plus half of thelimit deviation for precise and consistent measurements.

1 Stable connection at pipe joints.
The joint of the polyethylene pipe is connected by electrothermal melting, and the strength of the joint is not lower than the strength of the pipe body.

2 The pipe has better low temperature resistance and impact resistance.
The low temperature embrittlement temperature of polyethylene is low, and it can be used safely in the temperature range of minus 60ºC to 60ºC. In winter construction, good impact resistance will not cause pipe construction brittleness.

3 The pipe has excellent stress cracking resistance.
PE pipe has low notch sensitivity, high shear strength and excellent scratch resistance, which makes the pipe outstanding resistance to environmental stress cracking.

4 The pipe has excellent chemical corrosion resistance.
PE pipe can resist the corrosion of a variety of chemical media, will not be degraded by chemical reaction, rot, rust or electrochemical corrosion phenomenon, will not promote algae, bacteria or fungi growth.

5 The pipe has long service life and excellent aging resistance.
The pipe contains 2%-2.5% of uniformly distributed carbon black material, which guarantees that the pipe can be stored or used outdoors for 50 years. It also avoids damage that can be caused by ultraviolet radiation.

6 The pipe has excellent wear resistance.
The wear resistance of PE pipe and steel pipe is 4 times that of steel pipe. In the field of mud transportation, compared with steel pipes, PE pipes have better wear resistance, longer service life and economy.

7 The flexibility of the pipe is better.
The flexible nature of PE pipes helps to adjust the direction of the pipe at any time, thereby reducing the amount of pipe fittings and installation costs.

8 The inner surface of the pipe is smooth, and the water flow resistance is small.
The inner surface Manning coefficient of PE pipe is 0.009. The smooth and non-adhesive inner surface not only improves the conveying capacity of PE pipes, but also reduces pressure energy consumption.

9 The pipe is lighter and easy to handle.
PE pipes are lighter than traditional concrete pipes, galvanized pipes and steel pipes, which reduces the need for manpower and equipment during transportation and installation, and reduces the installation cost of the project.

10 The construction methods of pipes are diversified and the application fields are more extensive.
In addition to traditional excavation construction, PE pipes can also be constructed using a variety of new trenchless technologies such as pipe jacking, directional drilling, liner, split pipe, etc., so PE pipes have a wider range of applications.

A1: Our sample is usually well prepared and coated well, and delivered to customers by international courier(DHL, FedEx, TNT etc.) .

Q2: What about your payment terms?
A2: We usually use T/T payment term, but L/C is also fine. In the future, we will continue to support other payment terms.

Q3: How long is the expected delivery time of the product?
A3: We will complete orders below 10,000 meters within 15 working days, and the final arrival time will be affected by the shipping date.

Q4: Could you use our labels or printings instead of yours? (ODM)
A4: Yes, it depends on the requests of customer. But important data must be printed on the pipe such as outer diameter, wall thickness, PN data, SDR data, Production standard, Place of origin and date of production.

Q5: Could you offer special package services?
A5: Yes. We could offer the package on customer' s requests. It might have some extra fees.

Q6: What is the service life of your product?
A6: The service life should be 50 years.But you must follow our correct storage and construction precautions, otherwise the consequences need to be borne by yourself.

Q7: How could you guarantee the quality of you product?
A7: We could offer MSDS, COA, TDS files on customer' s requests and charge for additional charges. In addition, we'll take random samples and analyze them.
