Product Description

PE gas pipe is made of polyethylene or HDPE mixed ingredients. Under the premise of ensuring the quality of the project, the use of it to establish a gas pipe network system can prevent the corrosion of steel pipes and cast iron pipes and joint leakage problems from the source. The PE gas pipe is made of inert material, which can resist the erosion of various chemical media. The friction coefficient of the pipe wall is low, the flow resistance is small, and the conveying capacity is strong. The electric hot melt connection is adopted, the interface strength is higher than the pipe body, and the elongation at break of high toughness PE is generally more than 500%. Resistance to slow crack growth (SCG), fast crack growth (RCP), flexibility and scratch resistance.

The implementation standard isGB/T15558.1-2015.

Transportation: no scratches, throwing, violent impact, oil and chemical pollution.
Construction: When heating, tube wall thickness ×9-10 seconds. The cooling time is three times the heating time. It should be putting into use after the pressure test is fine.
