Our PE water supply pipe uses polyethylene resin for superior durability and performance. Our premium water supply pipes are meticulously crafted from high-quality polyethylene resin, further enhanced with a 2%-5% black masterbatch to ensure exceptional performance. The cortex is composed of 0353 or 2480 materials, also fortifed with a 2% black masterbatch, ensuring unparalleled durability and longevity.
Storage: To maintain optimal quality, ensure the pipes are stored away from heat sources and areas vulnerable to oil and chemical contamination. Store on flat, well-ventilated surfaces, with horizontal stacks not exceeding 1.5 meters in height. For outdoor storage, cover the pipes to shield them from environmental elements.
This product conforms to the rigorous GB/T13663.2-2018 standard, guaranteeing the highest level of quality and reliability.
Transportation: Exercise extreme care during handling to prevent scratches, throwing, violent impacts, and exposure to oil and chemical pollutants.
Construction: When applying heat, ensure the tube wall is heated for approximately 9-10 seconds per millimeter of thickness. Cooling time should be three times the heating duration. The system should only be commissioned after a successful pressure test.

Note:
1. This series of pipes are primarily utilized in urban water supply engineering. The nominal pressure indicates the maximum allowable working pressure of the pipe for water conveyance at a temperature of 20ºC. This ensures optimal performance and reliability in all municipal water distribution networks.
2. The weight listed in the table above is calculated based on an average density of 0.95g/cm³. The outer diameter and wall thickness are determined as the nominal value plus half of thelimit deviation, ensuring consistent quality and durability.

1 Stable connection at pipe joints.
The joint of the polyethylene pipe is connected by electrothermal melting, and the strength of the joint is not lower than the strength of the pipe body.
2 The pipe has better low temperature resistance and impact resistance.
The low temperature embrittlement temperature of polyethylene is low, and it can be used safely in the temperature range of minus 60ºC to 60ºC. In winter construction, good impact resistance will not cause pipe construction brittleness.
3 The pipe has excellent stress cracking resistance.
PE pipe has low notch sensitivity, high shear strength and excellent scratch resistance, which makes the pipe outstanding resistance to environmental stress cracking.
4 The pipe has excellent chemical corrosion resistance.
PE pipe can resist the corrosion of a variety of chemical media, will not be degraded by chemical reaction, rot, rust or electrochemical corrosion phenomenon, will not promote algae, bacteria or fungi growth.
5 The pipe has long service life and excellent aging resistance.
The pipe contains 2%-2.5% of uniformly distributed carbon black material, which guarantees that the pipe can be stored or used outdoors for 50 years. It also avoids damage that can be caused by ultraviolet radiation.
6 The pipe has excellent wear resistance.
The wear resistance of PE pipe and steel pipe is 4 times that of steel pipe. In the field of mud transportation, compared with steel pipes, PE pipes have better wear resistance, longer service life and economy.
7 The flexibility of the pipe is better.
The flexible nature of PE pipes helps to adjust the direction of the pipe at any time, thereby reducing the amount of pipe fittings and installation costs.
8 The inner surface of the pipe is smooth, and the water flow resistance is small.
The inner surface Manning coefficient of PE pipe is 0.009. The smooth and non-adhesive inner surface not only improves the conveying capacity of PE pipes, but also reduces pressure energy consumption.
9 The pipe is lighter and easy to handle.
PE pipes are lighter than traditional concrete pipes, galvanized pipes and steel pipes, which reduces the need for manpower and equipment during transportation and installation, and reduces the installation cost of the project.
10 The construction methods of pipes are diversified and the application fields are more extensive.
In addition to traditional excavation construction, PE pipes can also be constructed using a variety of new trenchless technologies such as pipe jacking, directional drilling, liner, split pipe, etc., so PE pipes have a wider range of applications.
